Luckily, since I will never own an animal,I was in no danger of breaking that law I knew nothing about. But I'm so glad you posted it because I'm on heightened alert about another federal law I've broken many times--thanks Jen!

I wonder how many taxpayers dollars were spent on a law like that.
What - do they have bathroom raids? Is there a doggy hotline?
Did you know that there is a federal law that states you may not flick boogers into the wind?
