Truthfully, I get a lot of them from a political website I read, The Corner. A bunch of different people post on there during the day. They are usually political posts, but one of the guys likes to post random YouTube videos. And I pass them on to you lucky folks!
At the bottom of each entry there should be a link that says "Speak." Click on that and it should bring you to a page where you can write your comment. Since you don't have an lj account, just comment anonymously. A few people I know do that.
