What do I think? It's a pretty good show. It's missing the disturbing, gruesome factor of my favorite show, Criminal Minds, but it's pretty good. Granted, I have only watched the first 6 episodes of Season 1, but I am liking it.
Oh, and Mark Harmon is still pretty easy on the eyes. I'm just sayin'....
Does anyone out there possibly own any seasons of NCIS? Netflix is nice, but kind of slow - only one disc with four episodes, at a time. It would be nice to have a whole season at once! If someone does own it, I'll bake you some cookies if you let me borrow it.

You haven't been a follower for as long as Jennifer, so you get "to a lesser extent". Sorry, that's the way it is.
I think you're wrong. The person who talks about it the most is the person who is the most influential. I seem to remember almost every blog post or phone conversation for the last few weeks involving at least one point about the show.
I hate to rain on ya'lls parade but I just saw on MSN news that NCIS is in real jeopardy of being cancelled. This is why reality t.v. is the way to go. No one can kill your "characters"--they live on for their entire life span. See, the bachelor is over, but he is actually still alive!
How odd, because NCIS hasn't appeared on any of the lists I've seen of shows that might be cancelled.
That would be disappointing if they didn't wrap up the series, which they probably won't because it has probably been filmed already.
But since I'm on season 3 right now, if I know it's cancelled, I can just treat it as a complete series since it was never incorporated into my weekly tv viewing schedule.
(Down with reality tv!)

According to an article that was just linked on my friends list, NCIS was renewed for another season.

I own seasons 1 and 2 on DVD
I love NCIS. I watch DVDs from the library while I do the elliptical at home. I watched the first five seasons just by checking them out from the library. There are a couple of libraries here that let you check them out for three weeks so that was great! I also love Criminal Minds and am on the 3rd Season of that one. I do not really like watching the shows on regular TV b/c they have commercials and I can't watch one per day. lol! Rochelle
