In Topeka, Kansas, it's illegal to serve wine in teacups.
What I want to know is what exactly happened in Topeka, Kansas tea shops that warranted passing this law.

I grew up in Wine Country in California...trust me...if there are no wine glasses to be had someone will bust out with a tea cup, a cereal bowl, or sometimes just the bottle itself. I wonder how crazy things were getting during "tea time" in Kansas before the law came out!!! Best Unnecessary Law, EVER!
Prohibition. Hands down. Why else?
i was there when it all went down. it was an ugly sceen, 12 dead, countless wounded, all because of that tea cup. that's all i can say.
I guess we will have to wait until you write your autobiography (or someone writes a tell-all book about you).
