1 hour and 50 minutes. That's how much time Jeffrey and I spent at the Driver's License office getting his driver's license renewed. 1 long hour and 50 long minutes.
Why are the DPS workers so slow? Why are the people there for driver's licenses so dumb? Why, why, why?!?!?!?
It's torture. Pure torture. You wait that whole time and then inevitably take a bad picture. I'm sure the employees all have a good laugh about it in the break room.
Oh, I sure do make them show me my picture and retake it if it sucks. Of course, the last picture I took is when I was 22. It doesn't even remotely cut the mustard anymore.
i avoid the place whenever possible. it's a good thing that you only have to renew your driver's license every 8-10 years. i think that's about all one can take of the horrid place!

It is a true test of patience. I have to get my license renewed in April and I am already dreading it!
