...to commas! Seriously. Looking back at my old posts, I noticed I use a lot of commas! I tend to throw one in whenever I feel there would be a break if I were reading what I had written. And that, my friends, may lead to too many commas in my writing.
What do you think? Am I a comma hog? Or am I using the appropriate number of commas?

I did not ever notice an excess of commas. You probably write like a novel more than like a speaker, so that would make sense with the commas. I, personally, can't get through a paragraph without parenthesis or footnotes or asides of some type. I actually talk that way, so I'm accepting it as quirky rather than as incessant jabbering :)
I didn't notice either but I am horrible about throwing in ...'s and -'s everywhere so I am not a good judge.
I'm comma happy, so I haven't noticed your excessive use of commas, if in fact you have been using them too often!
I'm a dash hog! I put - these between all sorts of words and syllables and make words that should be two separate words into one word using a dash in between!
See-ya!
